Front National (FN) has started a fund to cover the funeral costs of the victims of the Rodora family massacre.

The political party is calling on all their members to stand together and contribute anything they can towards a dignified burial for nine-year-old Kayla Meyer and the rest of her family who were murdered in the Rodora family massacre.

The other victims are 73-year-old Monty McCormack, his son Kenneth, 42, and Kenneth’s fiancée, Marietjie Meyer.

Daniël Lötter, spokesperson for FN said the victims’ families now need to bury four family members on one day. Lötter said the organisation has cleared the project with the family.

The organisation condemned the murder outright, especially that of an innocent child.

We decided to mobilise our people to help with the burial costs to make sure she has a dignified farewell and finds a peaceful final resting place.

“Our children are the apples of our eyes. Nobody had the right to do what they did here. For these reasons we as Front National not only ask that people embrace this family with love and support, but also that they become aware that there are dozens of other families in our country who have to stand at open graves of people who could have contributed so much to the well being of our nation.

“Her life may have been stolen but she will be in our hearts forever,” he said.

Anybody interested in contributing towards the family can send and email to Front National at [email protected].
